So Today in this post I'm going to discuss all about How many types of pencils and you can say Pencil Grades types....

So Today in this post I'm going to discuss all about How many types of pencils and you can say Pencil Grades types 

1) Pencil Grades Classification

So basically pencil grades are divided into two parts 

1 - H = for Hardness

2- B = for Blackness/Bold 

So these are mainly Major classification of pencils grades 

After that we divided them in many grades like 

HB F ... 

Next 

H 2H 3H 4H .... Upto 6H

Similarly further 

B 2B 3B 4B........ Upto 8B 

2) These all types of pencils are also further classified in 3 types : -- 

1. Hard Pencil Grades ( 6H ,5H, 4H 

2. Medium Pencil Grades ( 3H , 2H , H , F , HB , B ) 

3. Soft Pencil Grades ( 2B, 3B, 4B,5B, 6B, 7B, 8B ) 

In Above classification you must notice is that basically all pencil is 

H or B but different is little bit that all pencil grades is deferenciate by adding Numbers in prefix so these numbers showing strength of pencils like - 

if H pencil is compare with 6H pencil then 6H pencil is more hardest to H pencil so big number is denotes more strength of that particular grades and by increasing thise its become more Hard and Also very thin 

In order of that the 

6H is Your Biggest Harder and thin pencil .

3) More Strength Pencil Grades

Similarly ,

Your 8B pencil is more Black/Bold as compare to your B pencil. So 8B is Your more Bold and Black and also very soft pencil in all pencil grades

HB is General Pencil which has been we using since Childhood basically HB is Consists of H and B Grades

F pencil is Fine point Pencil which used to make fine point it's also known as very Firm Penis

So if you going to Count this all pencil then you get

Total pencil is approximately 16
